1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RM Media's services, website, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

RM Media provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Web Design and Development
• Digital Advertising Services
• Marketing Strategy and Management
• Related consulting services

3. Project Engagement

When you engage RM Media for services:

• Projects begin upon receipt of signed agreement and required deposit
• Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope changes
• Revisions are limited per the agreed-upon project scope
• Additional work outside the original scope requires a new agreement

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required to begin most projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion before launch
• Payment terms for ongoing services are as specified in individual agreements
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of:

• Pre-existing materials and templates
• General concepts and techniques
• Code libraries and frameworks developed for multiple projects

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, required materials, and approvals. Delays caused by client inactivity may affect project timelines. You represent that you have the rights to use all materials provided to us.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes. We warrant that our work will be original and not infringe on third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RM Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
